There are no classes for the week July 23rd to 27th.
Our classes are designed for every day people who are seeking a little bit of calm, a little bit of peace, and a practice that encompasses all aspects of wellbeing; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. No extreme flexibility required, no feet behind heads. Simply asana, pranayama, mudra chanting and meditation. Ancient practices, modern application.
Yoga is a life science, and can bring you relief from stress and tension, can help you create vibrant health and happiness, and give you time out from your busy life. Yoga, to heal the body on all levels, to create strength, stamina and flexibility, to give relief from insomnia, stress and anxiety. To promote good health and give real benefits to many health issues that can affect our daily lives.

Yoga Devotee Cards
For those who attend 2 or more classes per week.
10 class card $140.00 valid for 6 weeks from first date of use
Wear comfortable warm clothes, layers are great. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, we do have mats for your use at the studio.
All classes are held at Stokes Valley Uniting Church, front hall, 346 Stokes Valley Road, Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt. There is plenty of parking behind the church and roadside, and entry doors at both the front and back of the building.
There are no classes on public holidays. We run in line with the school terms (except for term one which starts earlier). There are no classes in school holidays with the exception of scheduled courses/workshops and chanting & meditation class.
You do not need to book. All classes (except courses & workshops) are drop in, but please see notes for each class above, as some classes are suitable for all levels and some classes are for experienced yogis only.
Please come 15 minutes early to your first class to meet Jo and fill in our student registration form. You can also fill in the from pre-class online here.
Please note we start on time, if you arrive too close to the class start time or just on or after the class start time for your first class and you have not filled in the online registration, you will be unable to attend the class as it is disruptive to the other students. Thanks for your understanding.
Terms Condtions & Payment Options:
Choosing the card that is right for you
Concession cards are non-refundable once purchased, cards expire (variable as above) from first use after purchase dependent on type of concession purchased.
If you bring a friend to a class, they can use your card when attending with you, but cards are not transferable to friends or family.
For couples, families and friends wishing to share a card, the best option is our 2 or more classes per week 10 class card.
There are no refunds or extensions on concession cards, please choose carefully the card that best suits you.
Cash – If you are attending class casually, payment is cash only at the studio (no eftpos sorry) or by Direct Credit on the day of class (preferred)
Direct Deposit – please insert your name as a reference if paying by direct credit
